How a custom build works

• Planning. We talk through your lot, your budget, the number of rooms you need and how you want the home to feel.
• Design and approvals. Plans are finalised with you, and we take care of the permits and paperwork.
• Construction. Our team builds the home and keeps you updated at each stage.
• Handover. We walk through the finished home with you before you move in.
